Boulder County Buzz - June 2019

Summer is just a few days away and that means it's time to barbecue and relax, right? While I love savoring the long evenings and enjoying the summer breeze with a cold beverage in my hand, it’s time to get busy! My business, after an unusual spring, is taking off in all directions. It’s exciting.

Several of my buyers are all tucked into their new homes and a few will be soon. And my listings are selling too. Fly with me to my featured listing at 280 Boulder View Road in the Boulder, Colorado Foothills. It’s an awesome Colorado Mountain home with mind-blowing, 360 degree views. If you've taken advantage of the spring market and are getting ready to move, I share a great article about choosing a moving company below. If you're looking to remodel your home, the Colorado Homes & Lifestyles Magazine has a new article series to help you out. Read the first installment that's about choosing the right contractor for the job. And Longmont and Boulder were awarded $8.3M to put toward creating more affordable housing—check out the details!

As always, if you're looking to make the leap and put your house on the market, or you're interested in buying, I'm here to strategize with you. The market is still steady right now, and it's a great time to jump in whether buying or selling. Let’s go!!

As always, THANK YOU for your business and remember that I’m never too busy for your referrals,

Winner Matt Hanson with the media spotlight and 2nd Place Kennett Peterson. Unable to stand up, his wife Adelaide props him up while asking for fluids after he completed the race, exhausted. "Drained of everything. It was a good thing Adelaide was there. I was incapable of doing anything myself for the next hour,” he reported on his website.
