Boulder County Buzz - February 2021

It’s almost to spring! No, it’s not—we have single digit temps here in the Boco this week but it feels like spring the way the real estate market is coming out all fired up. It’s like William "The Refrigerator" Perry running out of the locker room onto Soldier Field, for the opening introductions on a cold Sunday in Chicago, with a thunderous entrance. That’s a wired analogy but you know what I mean—the market is starting to rattle and hum and already we’re seeing buyers shred any new inventory at blistering pace. In the last few weeks my new listings have seen dozens of showings (one had almost 60 showings in 3 days) with multiple offers and under contract fast. Yep, it’s here and possibly more intense than last year. Remember I’m never too busy to help you navigate what’s in stock.

Please visit my new featured Boulder properties this month; 4737 Mckinley Drive and 3150 Iris Ave #111 in Boulder. Please share with your friends! Two totally different properties but awesome in their own right. I also have several other cool properties coming soon; a totally new home in Martin Acres, an awesome home near Downtown, a North Boulder condo, two homes in Lower Chautauqua and even one in Loveland. Please check in to my website for more updates each week!

This month I’m again featuring non-profit Mother House of Boulder County. "Started in 1982, Mother House has provided at-risk mothers and their babies with a nurturing, supportive, and empowering residential community. We give women the support and resources they need to walk out of our doors more prepared for success than when they came in. It’s our way of enabling our mothers to thrive, so their children will too." Please see how important this program is and consider giving today!

In the meantime, remember to thank the awesome people in your life and call someone today who’d like to hear your voice!

Thanks again for looking out for my business and for tuning into the buzz,
HATCH
