“This is the 7th time we bought a home or rental property. It is by far the best experience I have had with a realtor. We had a unique situation were we were not able to visit the property as we are currently living on the other side of the planet. Boulder is a sellers market and Jon still managed to get us a new roof along with countless other items I would have never thought of; ice maker working, repainting certain window so they wouldn’t stick, new screens, cement leveling work outside and many more.
