I am a top producing Realtor® at Goodacre & Company Real Estate in Boulder, Colorado. I specialize in residential property investments for clients ranging from families to investors and from empty-nesters to individuals and retirees. In recent years I have improved my business through continuing education earning the ABR® (Accredited Buyer Representative), the GRI® (Graduate, Realtor Institute) and EcoBroker® designations. These credentials have given me the opportunity to perform at the highest skill level for clients. No matter where you are in the real estate landscape, I take great pride in helping you achieve your real estate objectives. I know my past clients would agree. In fact, 90% of my business is derived from referrals from past clients.
A Maine native, I have lived in Boulder for 14 years with my wife Kristin –a Boulder native- and our children Ethan, 8, and Phoebe, 6. My greatest moments are spent with my family, whether in our wonderful backyard, venturing out to the trails above our home near Chautauqua Park or camping throughout the state’s many parks. I also enjoy fly fishing, trail-running and half-marathons, telemark skiing and backpacking. My philosophy is not original but it is simple, “I work hard so I can play hard.” I lead a very balanced life which gives me the chance to really enjoy my work. And I do!
